Terms & Conditions

1. General
These terms govern the use of the online store at ekotrack.pl, operated by EKOTrack Sp. z o.o., pl. Kilińskiego 1, 32-660 Chełmek, Poland. By placing an enquiry, the Customer accepts these terms.
2. Products and Services
The store offers modular HDPE road plates of the RoadGrid system and related accessories, available for purchase or rental. Full technical specifications for each product are available on its product page.
3. Orders and Quotes
Given the B2B nature of our offer, prices are agreed individually. Submitting a contact form enquiry does not constitute a binding order. An order is accepted only after EKOTrack sends a confirmed quote and the Customer accepts it.
4. Payment
Payments are made by bank transfer based on a VAT invoice. The standard payment term is 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made within Poland. Delivery time and cost are agreed individually as part of the quote. Collection in person is available by prior arrangement.
6. Rental
For rentals, the Customer must return the plates in a condition no worse than normal wear and tear. Rental conditions including period, rate, and deposit are set out in a separate rental agreement.
7. Complaints
Complaints regarding product defects or service issues must be submitted by email to [email protected] within 7 days of discovering the issue. Complaints are handled within 14 business days of receipt.
8. Governing Law
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the registered seat of EKOTrack Sp. z o.o.
